Are you a plumbing contractor? Can you come fix my leak?
We're a consulting and training firm — not a contractor, and that's the point: because we install nothing and sell nothing, you get a truly independent read. We tell you what's really going on, review the trades' quotes and work, and connect you with the right licensed person to do the actual install.
Why would I pay for a quote review when I could just pick a contractor?
Because bids vary wildly and padding hides in the line items. On a single $20k–40k renovation's plumbing and heating scope, one questionable line item can pay for the review many times over. We routinely see bids for the same job differ by 20–40%.
Do you do snow-melt / radiant heating systems?
We're Ontario's authority on snow-melt radiant heating, especially its alternative-energy side: electric and heat-pump-driven systems. We design, size, and specify them — but we don't install; we get you to a qualified installer with confidence.
Do you come to my site?
Most work is video-first: you share quotes, photos of the equipment, and prior reports, and we dig in without a truck. For higher-stakes work (pre-purchase audits, forensic diagnostics), we scope an in-person GTA appointment — you know the mode before you book.
Are you licensed / insured / certified?

How much does a consultation cost?
No bait. Fees are published and known up front — a private booked block of attention, not a pitch. The value you save almost always dwarfs the fee.
Do you work with homeowners or contractors?
Both — independent of both. When we vet a trade for a client we stay neutral; when retained by a trade that scope is disclosed. We never accept kickbacks, referral fees, or sponsored positions. That independence is the product.
Which areas do you serve?
Advice and analysis are Ontario-wide, delivered remotely from the GTA; in-person work closes where it merits it (audits, forensics). As an authority on snow-melt radiant and AI adoption, we're the Ontario resource wherever the market appears.
Are you an AI vendor?
No. We're vendor-neutral advisors on AI adoption — we recommend what to build, which harness fits, and how to govern it. We don't sell software and won't own you to a vendor.
