We do not receive referral or kickback fees and never earn from the trades, vendors, or software we review. We do not sell equipment. We do not sell software. When we vet a trade for a client, we remain neutral; when retained directly by a trade, that scope is disclosed.
Scope of advice
Deliverables are professional opinions, decisions, audits, and training — not a bid, not a system certification, not a guarantee of outcome. Snow-melt design deliverables are decision frameworks; the sealed, stamped engineering drawing is always issued by a licensed Professional Engineer. Our practice is advisory; licensed construction work is performed by the licensed trades we connect you with.
